Produced in WRAP-certified facilities and in partnership with the Fair Labor Association, this shirt reflects a commitment to safe working conditions, fair wages, and human dignity. Natural variations in undyed fabrics (like flecks and seed specks) reflect minimal processing and lower chemical usage.

The manufacturer owns the majority of its production chain—spinning, knitting, dyeing, and sewing in-house. This direct oversight allows for strict accountability over resource use, labor conditions, and emissions output. Their environmental strategy includes water recycling systems, alternative energy adoption, ergonomic workspaces, and a next-gen ESG roadmap targeting significant reductions in climate impact by 2030.
