Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, provided the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective. Your lost, misprinted, damaged, or faulty item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow size exchanges or general returns. With print-on-demand, your products are created just for you. We do not have warehousing or the ability to sell seconds or returns.

To prevent buyer's remorse, we strive to represent our products with as much transparency as possible, including clear graphics, detailed fabric descriptions, accurate sizing, and precise color representations.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error only after contacting the Post Office and confirming delivery on our part are covered at our expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, you will be liable for reshipment costs. We cannot offer returns due to an incorrect address being entered.

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping. We cannot offer returns due to your failure to claim the package

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygienic concerns, such as undergarments, hats, shoes, face masks, and mugs. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items, archive clothing, limited-edition clothing, or items ordered in the incorrect size, type, or color.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.
