Who is behind Artificial Perdition?
Artificial Perdition is the creation of Tim Woolworth — a world-builder, paranormalist, artist, and restless creative. Every design reflects a deep obsession with the unseen, the strange, and the beautifully dark. Tim believes in making things with meaning and intention, not just filling space. Artificial Perdition is a direct extension of that philosophy — honest, raw, and unapologetically different.

Are your products sustainable?
Yes. We’re committed to eco-conscious practices. Our production process minimizes waste, uses water-based, non-toxic inks, and supports sustainable sourcing for materials wherever possible.

Is your brand ethical?

How are your products made?
Each item is made to order through the highest-quality print-on-demand production process we could find. This ensures that every piece is freshly made just for you — no mass production, no excess waste.

What is print-on-demand (POD)?
Print-on-demand means your item is printed after you place your order. This reduces overproduction and waste, ensuring that every product is made specifically for the person who orders it.

What is your commitment to quality?
We only work with trusted partners who use premium fabrics and inks. Our shirts, mugs, and prints are designed to be both durable and comfortable, with attention to detail in every stitch and print.

Will my shirt fade or shrink?
Our tees are made with high-quality materials and eco-friendly inks for durability. To keep your shirt looking its best for a long time to come, follow the care instructions — wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry.

Can I get a custom design?
At this time, we don’t offer custom design services. However, we release new collections and limited drops regularly — stay tuned!


Ordering

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering, as sizing may differ slightly from brand to brand.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start working on your order soon after it’s placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop, and Google Pay for a secure, seamless checkout experience.


Shipping

Where are your products made and shipped from?
We use production partners have facilities in North America. Your order is printed and shipped from the location closest to you to reduce shipping times and carbon footprint.

How long does shipping take?
Since we make each item to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Soon though.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
When we offer international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an error with your order, contact us within 7 days of reception, and we’ll make it right.
