Factories are audited to the Fair Wear Foundation’s Code of Labour Practices, ensuring decent working conditions and fair pay throughout the supply chain. The manufacturing is vertically integrated with partners than manage spinning, dyeing, and finishing with closed-loop water systems, renewable energy sourcing, and strict chemical management protocols.
